When we learn how life shapes us, we gain the power to shape our lives.  ~ Fionna

Meet Fionna: Advocate • Artist • Activist

For more than two decades, I’ve lived, worked and created inside the mental health and social care systems - first as someone simply trying to survive them and later as a Peer Support Provider, advocate and educator committed to changing them from the inside out.

My work is rooted in a simple belief:
You are not broken. You’re responding to what you’ve lived through... and to the ways your body learned to cope.
The NvsN (en·vi·sion) System was born from my own lived experience with childhood adversity, chronic stress, burnout, misdiagnosis and the long road back to myself.

Today, I help individuals and professionals move from survival mode into Living Well - in ways that are trauma-informed, compassion-centered, human-first and truly sustainable.

Living Well Starts Here

The Living Well Guide is a simple, one-page resource that shares the 8 Essentials of Living Well.
These essentials offer practical, everyday suggestions that support better living - especially the social and life factors that influence well-being, like connection, stability, skills and support. When you download the guide, you’ll also be added to the IamOne.life list - so you’ll be the first to know when new learning resources are released and when The Village Voice opens.

It helps you:

  • Notice important areas of life that support living well
  • Strengthen everyday life skills and supports
  • Make small, realistic improvements in how life feels and functions
  • Learn approaches that improve daily living - not just ideas to think about
This guide isn’t a fix or a program.
It’s a practical starting point... and an easy way to stay connected as IamOne.life grows.
One page. Practical ideas. Downloading also signs you up for updates - you can unsubscribe anytime.
